Released in 1988, Joy Division's Substance 1977-1980 compiles essential tracks like "Love Will Tear Us Apart" and "Transmission," capturing the band's post-punk essence. Similarly, New Order's 1987 Substance 1987 features iconic singles such as "Blue Monday" and "Bizarre Love Triangle," highlighting their pioneering blend of new wave and dance music.
